photoshop expert needed

Looking for a volunteer with Photoshop knowledge to make 2 scope reticles for the CoD1 server.
Post here if you'd like to do it and I'll pm you the details of what I'm looking to accomplish.

I am no were near and expert but I do need some practice I am starting to use adobe photo shop for web design and other things so I would love to give it a shot

Whoa- a 3rd volunteer, I'll just post em here should anyone else like to give it a go.

Don't need them back for a week or two but the first person to turn in their assignment with server-ready reticles wins an "evening of magic" with.... Soundhogs!

One more request- Looking for a sound file that relates to the tossing of a smoke grenade.
A voiceover that coincides with the toss (not the explosion effect sound) something along the lines of "smoke grenade out!" or "deploying smoke"
Perhaps CoDuo, CoD2, CoD4 or Black Ops has a sound like this in its game?

Could fake it for the germans if need be but if there is an american sound out there that someone could locate in their game files and send.
Has to be a .wav file or at least convertable to .wav format.
